The use of ROI is becoming routine. It is even more important in these turbulent economic times. This event promises to be an interactive workshop that will describe how the use of the ROI Methodology is radically changing the way we deliver HR and learning solutions. 
After completing this workshop, you will be able to:

·       Describe the elements, steps, and standards for the ROI Methodology
·       Explain the barriers, benefits, and key success factors for ROI Implementation
·       Plan next steps for ROI use

·       A 75-page workbook with exercises, tips, and techniques
·       A book of case studies, Proving the Value of HR (2007)
·       A fold-out model of the ROI Methodology

Jack J. Phillips is a world-renowned expert on accountability, measurement, and evaluation. Phillips provides consulting services for Fortune 500 companies and major global organizations. The author or editor of more than fifty books, he conducts workshops and presents at conferences throughout the world.

Our presenter will be fellow SITE member Steven Brewer, MSM, CLU, ChFC, LUTCF, PMP.  Steve is the Corporate Training & Development Manager of Philadelphia Insurance Companies.  His first pre-implementation seminar was very well received.   In the past few years Steve has been involved with three LMS implementations.  

COST PHLY Insurance has donated use of their webinar capabilities to enable us to provide this wonderful session at no cost as a great benefit for SITE members.
